Well we have no promotion, no hype, and the only market maker who even has an interest in this stock is DOMS and that MM is the one doing the conversion of notes for OPGX.
So in the absence of the things you mention you can imagine this won't be moving much. I have nothing to do with this, its completely controlled by DOMS and they have several billion more shares to convert before they are done.
