russel can bite me lol. What a bunch of garbage. It's just a tool for fund managers to give a blame game to their investees. I personally wish that these indexes didn't exist, then fund managers would really have to get off their ass and read a 10Q and K. The "O we only buy X index" routine is paramount to them saying "I'm a fat bastard to lazy to work, but these guys over here say these companies are doing ok"
