or, the have problems hiring and keeping employees. in the past, i worked with a shop that had a permanent add for machine operators. through firings or quittings, they went out the door as fast as they came in.
not saying that that is the case here, just that i have become suspicious of long running adds. i have operated in the manufacturing comunity for quite a few years and have seen a lot of tricks. my rule of thumb-----the likelyhood of finding and keeping a meaningful job is inversely proportional to the amount of job advertizing the company does.
this does not necessarily hold true during times of full employment. but in times like these.....?
