I get that you are mixing a Section 16b issue (Profits from purchase and sale of security within six months) with a Rule 144 requirement (Limitation on amount of securities sold).
So there are 2 issues raised-- the 1% of OS has been exceeded in a 3 month period and a series of buy & sell transactions have been executed within a 6 month period.
Have you confirmed with the company that Jason is disgorging his profits? As we obviously won't be able to confirm/deny that assertion until the next Q report, which is not due until Sep 15-ish :-(
