If fermenting the enzymes is the most common method that's out there, it seems that you are assuming that EESO uses that method. Just because Billy says that he doesn't use that process doesn't mean that he didn't take the ideas or processes from what he learned while working for EESO. I'm just asking for proof, that's all.
