I get why people freak out. Raised A/S is the CLOSEST thing to a raised O/S. They are 100% independent (as we have found out = ), but when the shorts (I guess longs too) cannot see O/S, referencing changes in A/S is best case analysis.

So, we know a raise in O/S is as good for shorts as reverse merges are for longs.

I'd get excited too if I were short. I'd do what they did. But I'm long, and I'm strong, and I'm going to be freaking rich.

Z4 I am on your side here, but we don't know for certain they have not increased the OS. I don't believe they have increased it. But, there is the chance they did. Things change all of the time, we just have to roll with it.

Z4, give me a 100% honest answer...
Do you know for a fact that they have not increased the O/S since their last filing? Yes or no? Forget what IR says -- they work for the company. Do you know for a fact they have not increased the O/S? No double talk, no schmoozing around the subject. A simple Yes or No will do.

so why do you think they keep increasing the AS but at the same time are buying back shares? I am curious about this but I am staying on this train. Probably the only penny stock I have ever seen that actaully is selling product.

Question...with the idea that they have been buying shares back and now increasing A/S not making a whole lot of sense, is it possible they are increasing A/S in order to prepare for a reverse merger already in the works and some of those shares going to the other merging company? Does anything else make sense?
