It definitely should start building from here. Book Value of $1.70 per share and with all the known players, as close to a no brainer as I have ever seen.
We'll have to see how that plays out. Monday I think may be a little soon, but the silver lining is all the DD everyone has done.
News WILL eventually paint this ticker greener than my over grown lawn, but asset sales can take time, especially when treading through the waters of a BK (even though this gives leverage). The last sale I was a part of took nearly 3 months as the lawyers are ruthless. We do have the advantage of time as a factor with Chemtura and I suspect July will be a pay day for many.
