Simple as 1-2-3 (if you have the URL of your target image)

I have this error message come up "The server didn't send back a proper XML response. Please contact your system administrator."

Where I get lost is when you say enter the URL of the image.
Clic OK.
What is a URL and where do I find it ???
What do you mean when you say place the cursor when I want the image. Place it where ??? There maybe 100's of images at that URL. I'm beginning to think this is beyond my mental capacity. I guess that's good for a laugh for someone.
