I got to say one thing doogdilinger, they appear to be paperwork sloppy at best as their SEC filing reported as of 6/18/09 was 60,287,000
Your numbers as of 6/3/09 are 62,537,000 and now we have Jason selling 895,000 shares which-- at 1% -- would equate to an OS being ~ 89,500,000
So we have somewhere around a 27,000,000 share increase but according to another poster, the CEO says no dilution?
I've gone as far as I am willing at this point. I would have thought you could take it on and track it down given you already got numbers before, and by extension you should have a better report with the company, in addition to a desire to keep this board aware of pretty important DD-- no?
