Promotion is when it's being offered up as a potential investment on public message boards.
so, Jim, you are promoting it, just like I might promote ECCI or whatever I invested in recently by posting about it for the general public.
And, yes, I am suspicious of the claims of some here to have done their DD and come up with an investment opportunity when it was obvious that the float was being engorged, diluted, whatever you want to call it, so I spoke up.
