The properties were all sold to CDIV by Kali Palmer who was the CEO of FReshstart properties which was aquired by Nazir with the CDIV shell.

It is Palmer, who is considered a related party, that is flipping houses to CDIV. The Palmers owned each and every house sold to CDIV including the latest one.

Another great point - coming from a mortgage background I saw first hand the credit markets collapse. Local banks were and still are turning away perfect credit borrowers, and many lenders will not touch investment properties at all anymore.

What CDIV did for financing was extremely smart and a great benefit to us shareholders.

Even the ARM wouldn't have been such a big problem if they were only given to people that were actually qualified.
