If we broke through the bottom of this wedge, without first getting some kind of reaction move up out of it to the bullish side, now that would be a HOUND signal for the bears and time to bet big time on down. For summer this is a great junction for the markets, each side is lined up with their arguments for what should happen.
PT is using his cycle work to make his read. I am using a combo e-wave/wedge read to make mine, etc.
The Bears like yourself have us just now starting Bigger down, some have us in 3 of 1 down of wave 5 of the Big C wave.
All good stuff, IMO.
The funny thing, this being summer, the greater likelihood is we end up with some kind of jello. And muddle around between 850 and 950 all summer long. vbg/ng
