I don't think so. The bid had fallen through 14.5 and 14.2 and 14 (I think) and was at 13.5 when the trade occurred. Even the ask has moved up significantly now. It could be there is a large buy order out there at 13.5 cents that executed and will again when a seller finally hit the price and that other buyers realize they'll have to raise the bid above that to get any shares.
