now you know as well as I do that with a float as low as this one that if the 8k realy ment something to an investor, this stock would already be @ .08 to 1.00+, now ask yourself why all the other potential investors haven't bought yet...I'll tell you why because they don't believe it either. haaaaa. but if they file, I say if they file, this could potentialy be a 150 bagger, the smart money is just laying waiting for that next 8k.
