Interesting...so they need to say their "position" on the need for an equity committee? How does that play out? If they say, "yes there needs to be an equity committee", that would probably be bad, right?
Of course if they say there is no need for an equity committee that would be amazing because it would be a hint that shareholders need not worry.
That is god damn big.. Just in two days my friend..Going to be very interesting and exiting cause either way we will know the clues to the puzzle from Chemtura..
Let's remember that many court dates have been postponed and pushed out. Don't know if they have the ability to do this in this situation but it might be a possibility. We all been around when waiting on what is considered important news only to see a delay - a few times. But we can hope can't we ???
