Nuts! Didn't get the error this time and can't really remember what the details were when I did get it except that I saw the SQL statement it was trying to execute and the line number it was on, and saw right away that the SQL statement it was trying to execute was very invalid. Had an UPDATE and a SELECT in the same statement. Bizarre!
Bob, There is safe sex and wearing a seat belt in car and lots of other things we all should do, and one of the most important is your "Yikes! error on lengthy reply" as just before you pressed Submit you forgot to do that Select All and Copy so that for all non fatal errors you are able to Paste it back on a second try. I sometimes will even do that after about "too many lines to lose" and open a temporary text file and Paste it in. --- I have left Off that mail box count doing Next 10, as i think the default is Off and i never changed it. -- Question Messages Per Category in MailBox [5,10,...200] The default is 5 and what happens after 5? Does a scroll box get created? --- If you get a chance, log-in as me and see if the Mail count is 2.
