Got it, I had that problem one time when a stock had split I was unaware of. It kept coming up “you do not have the shares in your account” that is the time I had to call them. I guess to be safe just call, It’s all in the timing.
Oh by the way one time I sold for 80% the day of the reverse and was so careful and figured exactly how many to sell and was left with one stock in my account that sucked. Had to wait three months for the stock to run again just to buy enough to trade and wound up making $5 on the deal also I was the only high sale for the run, what luck.

I've saved a lot using zecco but they definately have their own set of "quirks" to learn..work through.
