Sorkin has Confirmed to us through emails posted on this board, that they Are going through with the R/S.

Which means 1 of 2 things:

1. The R/S is Coming

2. The CEO blatantly lies to his Shareholders

We'll see which one comes true

I think all share holders should email the ceo and advice that he cancel the r/s and post the audit and the share price will go up on its own


I think if enough concerned investors were to email him this we might get him to can it

just canceling the r/s before the audit would make this run
