I don't know its true or not, but I assume it is coming very soon.. here's why...
headlines just come out 2 days ago, May 17, 2009 that IMGW making record sales & earnings based on unaudited financials..to me,it looks like audited Financials coming very very soon. Here is why:
There is no benefit if you look from the company point of view to release the unaudited headlines 2 days ago. They are not selling shares( you can check this with the Transfer stock agent; OS/AS is not gagged). It cost some money to put this headlines in the open.
If company is not selling shares, then why? Lots of you guys already contacted the Auditor and Paul Sorkin so many times. Each time, they took the efforts, sometimes paintakingly to reply to each of us. Its not required for them to do so. Its not as if they taking the efforts will pump up the stock price; the most is just allay some fears. If no benefits is there in selling the conmpany shares( can be verified by calling transfer agent + it is not gagged), then why?
If we are looking, then we should look for the motive. If it is direct R/S, there is no need to put out this news, and putting so much efforts replying and assuring each and everyone of us....its not worth the time and efforts to do that. The money to be gained from doing that its just too small, its peanuts.
So, I will assume that yes, they are telling the truth. The Audited Financials are coming very very soon. Its almost there guys. Hang on...
