Yeah, I heard about this situation long ago when it first developed. I could'nt believe it, but they are definately trying to make an example of this young lady. I think the monetary punishment is a bit harsh, but like I said, they're trying to scare people away from downloading and sharing music. This is why I'm positioned in hypster, because my feeling on where the industry is headed is showing nothing but dollar signs... $$$$$$$$$$$$$$
