Note the word "sold". That means past tense. I think as soon as an asset sale is inked the company will PR this.

Plus remember that the MOR is for the month of May, not current for June.

That would be because they haven't sold one yet. Rogerson stated they were working on it and wanted to have 1 closed by end of 1st Q but I still believe it is in the works. Could see one announced at any time.
