R/S can be positive IF the O/S is reduced...I was in one several years ago that tripled after the R/S...also PXNT did an R/S 06/01/09 and traded 4X and today is still higher the the presplit PPS....most R/S's are surprises followed by heavy dilution....IMGW announced in advance and is reducing the O/S....question is while the audit be completed before or after the R/S....imho
