trade secret but i personally have visited closed or better word idled BIODIESEL plants about making our fuels. and not biodiesel you need to learn a little more about biodiesel do a google that might help. see biodiesel has to meet a government spec.

there is your problem you are calling biodiesel plants as bio fuel plants no such thing as bio fuel plants YET
