I question all the points he brings up in having any merit to invest in the stock other than to dissuade and scare potential investors away from a stock as well as cause unnecessary doubt in every bit of news the company puts out or comment made on a stock that has World Series Winning Grand Slam potential what so ever...

Wow a mind reader and one who can tell the future. Impressive.
I'm neither, but I know what you and others will say - because you've been saying it for well over a year now. As each projection is missed or potential not realized, another explanation will appear with a promise that "it will happen soon". Then another delay or missed projection and another explanation. Wash, rinse, repeat.
I'm not holding my breath for that $200 million plus market cap, but if you really believe that, I'd think 15 cents would be a good level at which to "average down".
Meanwhile, I'll wait for the rescheduled conference call to indicate things are not as bad as some might worry.
