I have not been able to find specific information regarding the trademarks, however:

At the bottom of the press releases under "About Drinks Americas", they say: This summer, the company plans to launch a major beer initiative in association with American recording icon Kid Rock.

MAYBE IT HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH KID ROCK MARKETING THE BEVERAGES IN OTHER WAYS. SUCH AS WITH SHIRTS AND STUFF LIKE THAT? WHO KNOWS, I'M NOT TOO WORRIED.
