In order to avoid giving information it's much easier to say our customers want it a secret. Even if there isn't a secret or for that matter a customer. Is universal still in the picture? Has bmg gone world wide.
Last i heard Universal was a day or two away from signing.
I think that was three weeks ago, sorta like the filing and audits. eh what.
They're getting nervous and trying to keep investors interested. We're testing with EMI. If/When we land them I imagine it will be quiet a blow.

Sorry boys. I wasn't "duped". Nor were you, IMO. Using your rationale, MVSN has nothing. After all, if you are in negotiations with a label, if they are testing, etc., you have to announce it right? No announcements from MVSN, thus they have nothing. You should be rejoicing.
