I thought Brian was off the radar. Has anyone reached out to him recently?
When I was with him the day he showed me the wells his story was that there was massive frontloading and dumping.
I can buy some frontloading but not the kind he was claiming. And I'm not sure how massive it could've been looking at the volume history. And also not sure how the float was able to increase exponentially without his knowledge and/or approval!
If you are trying to believe the best about Brian and/or those he has accused, here are some other possibilities as to where the paper came from: 1. Restricted shares coming off restriction 2. Previous note holders converting shares (it was not a clean shell) 3. Promo shares from past promoters
FWIW...my first entry into the stock was at .008 and I was buying more and more of it as it moved up to .03.
