Not surprised, their GLCC facility has not received phosegene so no profit coming from there will cause EPS to go down. They have a hearing on 23rd to address this, and also shipment to Biolab which is similarly not being delivered. The interesting part is they are seeking damages for non-delivery of phosegene.
Im not for sure, but they are having trouble getting the supplies they need from their dealers, they have lawsuits with at least two of them. That is probably affecting production to a certain extent. I am suprised that they are gettin earnings estimates from analysts.
