Nonsense! Steve is only reticent to "inform" because he knows he can no longer outright lie and get away with it. Poor, poor little Stevie!

BTW, he really blew it by dumping all those unauthorized shares. The SEC doesn't like that one little bit.

Oh please...you can't possibly use that as an excuse to justify Steve's actions (or inactions should I say?). I promoted this stock and supported Steve for a good 2 yrs before I faced reality. I've been in this stock longer than most and as for my "little investment" I have more shares than what daily trading volumes are when this thing trades and people's ears perk up and eyes widen. It may not be much to you based on your financial situation but for me what I have is a significant amount and I have every right to speak about this company given the amount of time I've spent believing Steve and the amount I have invested.

If you don't blame him at all, that's your choice. I, on the other hand, hold him accountable because he's brought himself to this point through misleading PRs and false statements and setting false expectations during conference calls where people are bashing him left, right and center. And to top it off, rather than doing something about it, he dilutes further and doesn't provide answers. :) I've been watching this thing happen since the days of Major League Baseball hype. It's become somewhat expected now.

PENNYPICKER99.....Steve is the one that released PRs that never happened. If Steve did exactly what was in the PRs the company would have an OS less than a couple billion, audit completed, uplisting to the OTC.bb, financing in place without dumping billions, treating the military, packed classrooms, new locations, and making tons of money.

Non of that happened so Steve is a liar, thief, cheat, and a fraud........no ifs ands or buts
