The numbers are always suspect when the revisions, sometime later, bump 'em up or down 20-50%. It started back in the '60's with the V.C body counts. "Sir, we killed 87 VC's today." "Report that 482 were killed." "Sir?" "That's an order!" "Yes, sir!"

in selected areas of the country like here in Philly we are having no trouble selling houses...we are rehabbing 6-8 per year here my wife is a Cen-21 realtor..i am in the contruction biz here...

things are busy right now...the only real problem is appraisals...
