Sure it will. Ask the Vietnam vet who's running for president and just lost 10% of the veteran's vote while being ridiculed by the Bush campaign and staying silent about it. Kerry may have brought some of the scrutiny on himself but so have the swift boaters. Their posterboy, Larry Thurlow was interviewed on Hardball last week and made an ass of himself. I'm guessing he was either drunk or he overslept and just woke up for the 7PM phone interview.
