There are some unanswered questions.

1. Would that qualify as a material event requiring an 8K by the parent corp?

2. Was the removal because of the serving of a subpoena on Ihub/ADVFN regarding the allegations?

A couple of posters have been going back and forth about lying.

The last question is who knew what when and why wasn't it disclosed here?
