Well, based on the published "evidenced" just on this board, the plot sure has thickened. And, as others have stated, the scope of the investigation should widen considerably. Some of the folks involved may be very bad people who do terrible things to very nice people.
It appears that the I-Hub management is taking the matter far more seriously than they were, which is a strong step in the right direction--they had me worried when they allowed Matt to continue posting.
The civil suit(s) should not begin in earnest until after the criminal verdicts although the esquires who land the class-action case may feel so emboldened by the evidence seen so far they may start collecting aggrieved person early on.
I, like you and others, am watching with interest the outing of additional posters on I-Hub involved in this matter.
I think I lost a very little on the stocks in question, but my share of a class action would be about a buck three eighty, so I will pass.
