There are 439 Congressional Districts on this Pickens list, MD District 6 Ranked #37.....239 members recruited....there are several on the list who recruited 2000+ members.

SYNJ/SRE (Sentinel Renewable Energies) will be the biofuels in the 6th congressional District of the Pickensplan

Are you saying SYNJ has an exclusive agreement for the 6th MD District to be the Biofuels provider? When was this announced can't find anyone but you saying this?

note :the pickensplan will secure the govt funding for SYNJ,they did it for CLNE :

Will Pickens secure funding for every Biofuel Company in the Pickens plan in all 439 Districts or just for SYNJ? How do you know Pickens is going to secure funding for SYNJ I can't find anyone but you who ever said that?
