The possibilities are interesting aren't they? I cannot wait to find out what is correct.... I tend to waffle between the first two as the third seems like an odd if not suspicious clause to have in a contract. Clem's arrogance and past and present actions points at just plain not caring or possibly being dirty. Only time will tell......
