NEW NEWS ON THE HUMPHRIES - SUN FILES NONSUIT
As I've said before, I will only give you straight talk (as Bill O'Riely would say). Comu & Company were scheduled for depositions on Friday by Beckham (Humphries kick ass attorney)and were due to respond to request for production of documents, etc. The last thing CJ and Clyde Gentry want is to be deposed (especially because of the fraudulent issuance of stock - over 200M shares to themselves prior to the TRO hearing, not to mention the Permanent Injution by the SEC against Comu for selling securites, etc.). Therefore, SADler filed a "NonSuit" today in the 191st District Court, Dallas, TX (this is all available on-line). For those of you that don't know what a "nonsuit" is - it's a "dismisal" of their original law suit they filed to get the TRO. What this means to shareholders? The Special Meeting Of The Shareholders is ON for this Saturday and CJ is on his way out. It looks like he had rather be ousted than try to defend his illegal actions. You can take all of that to the bank. Now Riverdog and Company - how can you possible defend these actions - you retoric and BS cannot dismiss what has happened today.
