I really get tired of that argument.

The admin and the mod squad enforce the TOU as evenly as is humanly possible, but it can never be 100% "equal".

There are only four active admin and maybe ten mod squadders. (Not sure about the numbers on the mod squad)

How could they possibly read every post? The other day there were over 30,000 posts posted.

How many posts do you read in a day?

Not only that, but on the gray area posts, the frequent violators of the TOU are judged more harshly than those that almost never violate the TOU.

Please people, quit whining about the "fairness" of the enforcement of the TOU.

They are doing the best they can.

Just TOS the posts that you feel violate the TOU and don't get involved in the BS and you will be less likely to judge the "fairness" issue.

In closing, worry about YOUR posts and not everyone else's.
