This is an excellent and fantastical example of circular reasoning! CLNE gave a Powerpoint presentation back in November 2008 and because SYNJ signs on to the PickensPlan they are next to get funding!!

My guess is they haven't pr'd it for fear of losing the rest they are going for. If they make too much noise, others will be going after the funding that may have better political connections. I might not pr it either until I had all my funds in my hands, which in this case includes a second round of money.
Edit to add: It makes perfect sense to me that the Pickens fund would have kept it quiet and asked its partners to do the same.

but why has CLNE not pr'd anything at all regarding this MASSIVE FUNDING? nor the pickens plan. neither have reportably said anything of the likes that i can find....
i believe it cuz of the DOE document but the above just doesnt make sense***
