Phil, I agree except this is the USA the last time I looked and I would expect at the very least that you are inocent until proven guity.

It does look bad to this point for Matt and the Company but they have not been tried or convicted yet.

As a business decision, it's certainly debatable.

If Clem believes Matt is not guilty, then I admire his stance.
