Let me get this straight..

Smart people: Liars, thieves, crooks, burglers; People who scam unsuspecting people out of their money who stand a very good chance to go to federal prison for half their life, losing any and all stolen proceeds.

Dumb people: Investors. Victims of liars in stock market fraud; Lost money.
