They were warrants to buy shares...but I don't see anywhere that says he has them,,,wouldn't that many shares make him the 5 or 10 % owner if only 55 mill are outstanding,,so that he would have to file ?...
I'm not sure he ever bought those shares,,,but I may have missed something,,
