I'm wondering IF...since the "alledged" crimes took place BEFORE iHub was purchased by ADVFN...if that would/could have any importance in determining whether there is any "liability" wrt ADVFN !

I mean...if all this took place BEFORE iHub was sold to ADVFN...how can you hold ADVFN "liable" ?

Or, am I confused on the timetable and sequence of events ?
