Media was talking about favoring Mir - this is example which I just noticed. I would not go into other reasons which are really what I am thinking, but I would not elaborate those since those are off-topic on this board.

Ahmadinejad to Win Iranian Presidency?
With elections underway in Iran for their next president, Intrade.com is taking bets on who will win -- incumbent Mahmoud Ahmadinejad or challenger Mir Hossein Mousavi. As of this morning, it doesn't look good for Ahmedinejad. After trading above 50 for some time, the Intrade contract for Ahmadinejad to win has dropped significantly to 20 (odds of 20%). Mousavi supposedly favors greater freedoms and improved ties with the US, so a win by him could be good for global markets and bad for oil bulls.
