nitwit, that fallacious argument dismissing securities fraud is getting OLD.......I sure am tired of seeing it said "nobody forced someone to buy"......no ####, and that has relevance in what why????

not the point at ALL, but that certain people are alleged of breaking the RULES......and that might have given them an unfair ADVANTAGE over those who CHOSE to buy, but followed the rules.....

its like saying nobody was forced to play against a rigged wheel in a casino, where rules of the game are supposed to be enforced...

yeah, I would LOVE to see any defense based on such a load of BS: "Your Honor, members of the jury, it matters not if the accused broke the law, it is is immaterial since nobody was forced to buy these manipulated stocks, or play rigged roulette".....

get real please......

I have to agree, greed propelled most of them to buy, I have done it myself when I first started trading, buy a million shares for $100 dollars and I'll be a millionaire, Get caught up in the hype and not do any DD, an OS of a trillion shares and you have a lot of bag holders, is it right NO, but their is no recourse, I should have done more DUE DILIGENCE
