Erthang stated: "How about this scenario, which is much more plausible, IMO: Dr. Moro wanted to renegotiate a higher percentage off of sales because a lot of the work done on recaf after Abbott signed the licensing agreement was done @ the doctor's facility, largely @ Biocurex's expense. Probably due to the distraction of the G.E. deal that fell apart. Perhaps Dr. Moro used the elimination of the minimum payment as one of the concessions in order to get what he was after in terms of royalties."

If you think Moro initiated the changes in the Abbott contract and created all this mess, you have taken one too many trips through the twilight zone.

Erthang, If you actually think Moro initiated the changes in the Abbott contract and created all this mess? Read the agreement again.

1. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Agreement, Abbott
shall have no further due diligence obligations whatsoever to
commercialize or perform any further Research and Development on any
Product as of the Second Amendment Date.

Once the above statement is made, you could have included a provision giving Moro a trillion dollars when Abbott sold the first RECAF test and it would be meaningless because Abbott would never lift a finger to do anything else with RECAF. Any thoughts you have that Abbott is still working on RECAF is a dream and only something Moro wanted to fool you into thinking.
