Doesn't matter how much or how little evidence they have. Experts will tell you that the majority of people that talk end up helping the prosecution.

Pretty funny debate. Some are arguing about the presumption of innocence while at the same time saying keep your mouth shut and don't ptoclaim you're innocent.

I'm having problems with people simply stating "I'm innocent and hope to be acquitted of all charges in a court of law."

Seems simple enough to me. It's total BS that one can not state their innocence today. Unless of course they are guilty as sin. lol.
