Viva, prior to BK the dividend was paid on this monthly and at 15% tax rate. Could this be the reason that the stock was accumulated today. Maybe someone is gambling that the numbers Lehman comes out with pays the trust and preferrds in full. If we add up all the stock in the preferreds (trust and regular) how much money after the payout of debt would be needed to pay off everything in full? I think we are going to see the F's piled onto next. There isvn't much left in the trusts and P's imh and humbled opine.
