Isn't a broker simply a conduit for the process of having the DTCC issue shares of a company's stock? Has your broker given you assurances that the overseas company, Buzz Inc, will be forthcoming with those shares? Of course not. They can't. No one can.
So, I would not try and reassure anyone that something is sure to happen, just because you spoke to your broker.
Mind you, I don't have answers. I only have questions. LOTS of questions.
weo...you write "If they should list on the HKE before the divy is paid, my shares will be paid and have converted to the new entity". so what happens if they are not listed on the hke before the divy is paid? tia
