William; I'm not inferring anything except this...there's two insider filings with the last name SMITH...both for the same amount of 12,500 shares. I'll let everyone make of it as THEY choose.
As far as I'm concerned...it's the sell orders that matters to me...and the total amount of them, against the very few buy's.
