Well some peeps let em go while they are still in HS- dumb! Some peeps let them go do whatever when they graduate HS-"they are grown"-dumb! Some let them go and do whatever when they go to College-real dumb!
As long as they are "on the payroll"- you are in charge and are in the trench- stinks! It gets harder b4 it gets easier but the pay off is imeasurable... these guys have all d one really well when they went to college and we have only had to "pull rank" a time or two -keep it in mind. the friends of mine that did not do that paid for it
